It is a priority at this time to notice where you place your attention. We advise you to simply notice whatever emotions, feelings or thoughts are presenting themselves. What you are practicing through your observation is your right of choice to be free of past occurrences. You see, the past is no longer here, but the way you framed things in the past is. Your particular tendencies to go into fear or hate or guilt or drama, understand? That is how the past gets you – or not. That is the riddle that you came here to solve and then to teach to others. Notice where you are placing your attention.
